The panel of judges for 2010 is chaired for the tenth year by the Editor-in-Chief of International Homes, Helen Shield, along with distinguished experts in the field of property, design and construction, property writers and fellow sponsors.
In case(s) where a judge may be deemed to have a conflict of interest with any participating entrants the judge will not be involved in the region or family of categories where conflict may occur.
All judges participting do not receive any payment or other form of remuneration from the organisers.

 Graham has been involved with CIC since 1989. Initially, as a member of the Council and its Executive Board, then as a Director. He was appointed Chief Executive and Secretary in October 1991. Graham is responsible for the general policy and direction of the Council, for maintaining effective communication with Government, other external agencies and with members and for establishing and maintaining the CIC Secretariat. He is also currently the Secretary of the Strategic Forum for Construction Olympic Task Force, which is hosted by CIC, and a Board member of both ConstructionSkills and Constructing Excellence. Additionally he is a Visiting Professor at the University of Northumbria. He is an Honorary Fellow of the RIBA, CIBSE, the ABE and the Faculty of Building and an Honorary Member of the RICS and CIAT. He was awarded the President’s Medal of the CIOB in 2000 and the Peter Stone Award in 1996. Prior to joining CIC, Graham was Chief Executive of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists (a member of CIC) from 1983. Graham has had a lifelong involvement in the sport of fencing and his competitive career culminated with a Commonwealth Medal in 1990. In 1992, he captained the British Sabre team at the Barcelona Olympic Games. He is currently the Manager and Performance Director of the British Olympic Fencing Team and was the Team Leader at the 2004 Olympics Games. Peter Bolton King started work in 1973 with a leading Warwickshire firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents, Locke & England. After working in different departments he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became the firm’s youngest ever partner. In 1987 the business was sold to Lloyds Bank and Peter Bolton King became an area director. More recently, the firm became part of Bradford and Bingley and he became area sales director for the largest area in the country. In July 2003, Peter became Chief Executive of the National Association of Estate Agents, the largest professional body for estate agents with a membership in excess of 10,000.
Earlier this year he was appointed Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals when a new company was set up which now incorporates the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) and the Federation of Overseas Property Developers Agents and Consultants (FOPDAC).
Peter was awarded an honorary Certificate in International Property by the National Association of Realtors in recognition of his contribution to international agency.
Currently representing the NAEA on various Government committees relating to the proposed Home Information Packs and related matters, he also holds a number of other Industry Board appointments of behalf of the Federation. These include ICREA, FIABCI, Asset Skills and the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Board and Council

Twelve years ago she introduced the concept of property presentation to the UK on national television. As TV's House Doctor, she has gained a host of avid fans worldwide that tune in faithfully to watch her transform British homes. She has since become one of the top property / interior design faces on British Television, whose programmes attract in excess of 2.5 million viewers per episode
The House Doctor programmes are now broadcast in a number of countries including USA, UK, South Africa, New Zealand and Canada and are rapidly gaining in popularity as in the U.K.
Ann's most recent programme is called ‘Ann Maurice Interior Rivalry’. In this programme Ann Maurice puts hundreds of home-staging wannabes through their paces in an arduous set of tasks to test their design skills. The prize is a chance to start their own business in Home Staging. The second series of Interior Rivalry aired on Channel 5 in the UK in Spring 2007.
Ann has published six books 'Ann Maurice, House Doctor'; 'Ann Maurice, House Doctor - Quick Fixes'; 'House Doctor - Instant Makeovers'; 'The Best of House Doctor', 'The Property Book' and 'House Doctor: A-Z of Design'.
Aside from her filming and publishing commitments, she writes a regular feature for Real Homes magazine, and for a quarterly publication called American in Britain magazine, as well as taking on a host of private design projects.
Ann also conducts a series of courses on Property Presentation and Home Staging. Created and led by Ann, the courses cover techniques of Property Presentation, from both practical and aesthetic points of view. Her advanced level courses are designed to prepare and train individuals for a career in residential home staging, with a primary focus on presentation techniques for the real estate sales market.
