The awards are open to property developers, builders, estate agents, brokers, realtors, interior designers, architects, public relations and advertising agencies. Properties under development can be entered at any stage of construction provided planning approval has been granted. Companies may submit single or multiple entries. Your first step is to complete the online registration form and choose which categories you would like to enter. You will be contacted by our Awards team who will supply you with relevant information and confirm your proposed entries. At this stage there is then a fee to pay for each entry in each category you enter. Once you receive your entry form(s) you should follow the instructions and entry criteria to help complete your entry(s). You should then send your completed entries to us before the deadline date stated on the entry form. Entry Fee – £296 GBP for each project/company entered per category. The deadline for completed entries in each region are as follows:
