After all the hard work, these special evenings are where the industry's leading professionals come together to relax and celebrate excellence in the comfort of a five-star venue. At these blue-chip evenings, highlights of the international property calender, the results of the awards are announced and accolades presented to companies who have proved their professionalism and expertise.

A champagne reception and formal dinner precede the actual awards presentation ceremonies; winners are then invited to collect the award plaque(s) that commemorate their success, before official photographs are taken.

Successful dinners are held each year for every region covered by the awards: Asia Pacific, UK, Arabia, Europe & Africa and Americas & World's Best. This last event is doubly prestigious, as the victors thereof include those selected from the elite five-star winners from each country, across all five regions covered by the awards.
