We decided to enter the awards in 2008 and we won 3 Best of category awards - the feedback from the market was very positive and we received a great deal of publicity which helped boost our profile immensely. I am certain that winning the awards helped us win more clients. Winning the awards meant that all marketing could include the awards logos which help us stand out in a very competitive market. Due to the successes and positive response in 2008 we decided to enter once again in 2009 - and we were lucky to win a further 2 best of category awards. We are now recognized as the award winning agency on the island and we are proud of our achievements and feature the awards on our website and other marketing material. For the relatively small cost of entering the publicity and improved profile you receive makes it a worthwhile investment - its good for staff morale also!

After winning the 5-star award for Best Apartment London we have been offered approximately £100 million pounds worth of projects in just one week. It's fantastic what winning this award means to companies like ours.
Also on the day of the awards we had someone who wanted to buy our penthouse but had not made the final commitment. The agent told him Dekra were at the award ceremony that day and he immediately made an offer and it sold. It was a good move for him, as the week after we had a lot more enquiries when people started to find out we had won.
